Programme terms.
TECHSDREAM CREATOR PROGRAMME TERMS
1. The programme and applications
These terms apply to applications and participation in the TechsDream Creator Programme. By applying, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to agree to these terms.
Every application is reviewed by TechsDream. An application is not approval, and approval is not a promise of campaigns, products, payment, commission, or funding. If approved, you may receive a TechsDream creator profile.
2. Campaigns and rates
Rates submitted with an application are proposals only. Before any campaign begins, you and TechsDream must agree in writing on its deliverables, schedule, fee and currency, payment timing, approved expenses, product arrangements, cancellation terms, and any content-use rights.
Neither party is required to take part in a campaign until both have accepted its written brief.
3. Payments and creator funding
Submitting an application or receiving a creator profile does not create a payment, commission, product, or funding entitlement. Creator funding is handled by an authorised TechsDream administrator. A funding record in a creator profile is an administrative record, not a wallet or withdrawable balance.
The public application form requests only the name of your bank or financial institution. Do not submit account numbers, passwords, card details, or banking login information there. If payout details are needed after approval, TechsDream will request them separately through an authenticated process.
4. Promotional content
Content you create for a campaign must be truthful, based on your genuine experience, and consistent with information you can substantiate. Clearly disclose any payment, gifted product, discount, commission, or other connection with TechsDream. Follow the laws and platform rules that apply to your content. Do not publish fake reviews or misleading product claims.
5. Content and brand materials
You retain ownership of your original content. TechsDream may use or repost it only if you grant permission in a separate written campaign brief. That permission must describe the permitted channels, duration, and any editing.
Use TechsDream names and brand materials only for an agreed campaign and in line with any instructions provided. You may not suggest that you can make commitments on TechsDream’s behalf.
6. Conduct and ending participation
Either you or TechsDream may end future programme participation by written notice. Any campaign already accepted will be handled under its campaign brief, including payment for completed work as agreed there.
If there is a serious concern about fraud, unlawful content, safety, or a breach of these terms, TechsDream may pause the affected programme activity while it reviews the concern and contacts you.
7. Application information
TechsDream uses application information to review applications, contact applicants, and administer approved creator profiles and agreed campaigns. The application form requests the information shown on that form, including a financial institution name, but not bank account credentials.
A separate TechsDream Privacy Notice should explain how application information is stored, used, shared, retained, and how to request access or correction.
8. Changes and applicable law
TechsDream will notify creators of material changes to these terms. Changes apply to future participation and do not change a campaign brief already accepted unless both parties agree in writing.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
